This Contaminated Mortalities’ Handling and Recovery course has been designed for emergency responders and other government or civil responders responsible for recovering victims from disasters, epidemics, or terrorist acts, whether for a single casualty or multiple fatalities. It focuses on the management of victims who have been contaminated with a hazardous substance and the health and safety of the response teams.
This course, designed by Hotzone Solutions, will provide the CBRN Responder with the knowledge and skills to safely recovery contaminated victims from the incident hot zone. The course will provide participants with the skills to ensure that evidence seized from an incident is handled safely and systematically for the Senior investigator. The instructor will guide the learner through each stage of the recovery process whilst always ensuring the victim’s dignity.
