Hotzone Solutions is a leading provider of CBRN services. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the CBRN market
- Maintain and expand relationships with key customers and partners
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers
- Collaborate with other teams such as marketing, technical support and product development to ensure successful sales campaigns
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to ensure that the sales strategy remains competitive
Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the defence industry and CBRN field
- Advanced degree in business or related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong technical knowledge of CBRN products and solutions
- Fluency in English

- This is a full-time position with a competitive salary
- Travel is required for this position, estimated at 25% of the time.
