Overview
Hotzone Solutions Group is a Dutch company with a first-class reputation for providing a wide range of training, equipment, security, and consulting services to the chemical, biological, radiological/nuclear and explosives (CBRNE) response and environmental protection community. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Administration Officer (CAO) to join our team and help manage the day-to-day operations of the company. The CAO will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and drive growth
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company
- Manage and supervise the company’s administrative staff
- Coordinate with other departments and managers to ensure that all activities are aligned with company goals and objectives
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the company
- Act as a liaison between the company and external partners and vendors
- Manage the company’s budget and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in an administrative or operational management role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and develop effective plans
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management
- Proven experience in managing a team
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in The Netherlands.
- Full proficiency in English and Dutch, both oral and written.
- Knowledge in CBRN field is an asset.
