The following instructions have been created for participants in the CBRNe Fundamental Awareness online course, taking place from March 20th to 24th, 10:00 to 14:00 CET, using Zoom. To ensure a productive and successful experience for everyone involved, it is important that all participants adhere to the following guidelines:

     

      1. Timing: The course schedule is strictly adhered to, and all participants must respect the timings outlined in the agenda. Please make sure to log in 5 minutes before the start of the session.

      1. Professional Conduct: Participants are expected to treat each other with dignity and respect, fairness, honesty, integrity, openness, and courtesy, regardless of gender, race, religion, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, or disability. Differences in beliefs and opinions should be valued and respected without prejudice or malice.

      1. Safe Practices: The importance of regularly reviewing operational practices and procedures to maintain safe standards is emphasized. There is always room for improvement.

      1. Zoom Account: Participants should have a Zoom account and be familiar with using the platform.

      1. Technical Requirements: Participants should have access to a stable internet connection, and a computer or laptop.

      1. Scheduling: Participants should be available and on time for the start of each session, which will take place from 10:00 to 14:00 CET from 20th to 24th March 2023.

      1. Engagement:  During the sessions of the course, there may be polls conducted in an anonymous way. We encourage participants to participate in these polls to enhance the learning experience.
      2. Q&A: During the course, participants will be able to ask questions using the chat feature in Zoom. The moderator will provide the questions to the instructors and they will address the questions during the Q&A session.

      1. Feedback: Participants are welcome to provide their feedback on the course.
