• Chemical Safety Awareness: this module covers detection technologies and systems associated with chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive agents.
• Biological Safety Awareness: this module familiarizes participants with the biological agents, detection principles, and protective measures.
• Radiation Safety Awareness: this module familiarizes participants with radiation, detection principles, and protective measures.
• CBRN Detection: This module covers detection technologies and systems associated with chemical, biological, and radiological agents
• CBRN Decontamination: This module covers decontamination systems associated with chemical, biological and radiological agents.
• Awareness of signs and symptoms of exposure to CBRN agents
• Understanding the potential behavior of CBRN agents
• Identify and be aware of the preparation of the relevant Equipment
• Identify Health and Safety hazards and risks associated with hot zone activities
• Identify standard and non-standard decontamination materials
• Different types of measuring techniques and instruments
• The appropriate respiratory protection and protective clothing for the assigned tasks

This course is suitable for first responders, hospital staff, HAZMAT teams, fire and rescue services, public health professionals, law enforcement emergency providers and other first responders dealing with dangerous chemical agents.
