Dear Participants,

 

the upcoming CBRNe Fundamentals Online Course at Hotzone Solutions. We are looking forward to providing you with an in-depth and hands-on training experience.

Please review the following instructions carefully to ensure a safe and successful training:

 

Thank you for registering for CBRNe Fundamentals Online Course in June 2024. We are delighted that you have chosen to attend this training with Hotzone Solutions. To ensure a smooth and productive training experience, we would like to provide you with important information and instructions to follow during the training period.

 

  1. Schedule: The training will start at 09:00 and end at 17:00 every day from 3 to 7 June 2024. Participants are required to be at Hotel Selsky Dvur,Vyskov at 8:15AM on training days. Hotzone Solutions will arrange a bus to transport all participants to and from the training site.
  2. Dress code: While none of the dress code requirements are mandatory, we strongly advise participants to wear appropriate safety shoes or boots and cargo pants or similar for their safety and comfort. Thermal underwear is recommended to be worn under PPE, and it is advisable to bring a spare as well for comfort.
  3. Facility access: Access to the facility requires participants to present their identification.
  4. Health and Safety: A mandatory safety briefing will be conducted on the first day at the training site. Additionally, participants will be required to undergo two blood draws (at the start and end of the training, for check of AChE levels) and a daily medical check-up by the facility’s doctor. Detailed information on all health and safety guidelines, including emergency procedures, will be provided to all participants. It is essential that all participants follow these guidelines to ensure the well-being of themselves and others around them. It is expected that all participants will adhere to the health and safety guidelines provided, and conduct themselves with professionalism and respect towards their fellow participants. This includes maintaining a positive attitude and contributing to a safe and productive learning environment for all.
  5. Training materials: Comprehensive training materials will be provided, including presentations and practical exercises. In addition, participants will have access to state-of-the-art detection, protection and decontamination devices/equipment, which will be provided by the facility.
  6. Contact Information: Participants will receive the contact information one week prior to the training for the instructor leading the training as well as the point of contact (POC).
  7. Participants will be provided with onsite catering for breaks. Vegetarian and vegan options will be available, but please inform us in advance if you have any specific dietary requirements. Participants are also welcome to bring their own snacks and drinks. Please note that alcohol is strictly prohibited on the training premises.
  8. Mobile phone policy: Participants are allowed to use mobile phones during the training; however, they are not allowed to take them to the contaminated area. The use of mobile phones should always comply with the facility’s health and safety regulations.
  9. Language: The official language of the training is English, and interpretation services will not be provided.  Please note that all training materials and assessments will be provided in English
  10. Networking and Collaboration: We believe that networking and collaboration are essential to the success of the training. Therefore, we will provide opportunities for participants to engage in collaborative activities and networking events during the training. Participants are encouraged to exchange contact information with each other and to build professional relationships that can last beyond the training. We hope that this will foster a community of professionals who can share knowledge, experience, and best practices in the field.
  11. Participants are welcome to bring their personal belongings to the training facility. To ensure their safety and security, a locker will be provided on-site for participants to store their valuables and personal belongings. It is recommended that participants do not bring any unnecessary items or valuables and only bring what is essential for their training. The facility will not be responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.
  12. Accommodation: Participants are responsible for their own accommodation during the training. Hotzone Solutions can provide a list of recommended hotels located near the training facility in Vyskov and Brno city. It is important to note that accommodation expenses are not included in the course fee, and participants must make their own hotel bookings.
  13. Transportation: Participants must be present at Hotel Selsky Dvur at 8:15 AM on training days. Hotzone Solutions will provide a bus for transportation to and from the training site. Please note that transportation options outside of the arranged bus are not provided by Hotzone Solutions. Airport transfers and local transportation are the responsibility of the participants, and they are advised to arrange their transportation in advance.
  14. Feedback: We value your feedback, and we encourage participants to share their thoughts and opinions on the training program. An online feedback form will be available after the training, which participants can use to provide feedback on their experience and the quality of instruction. We will also provide opportunities for participants to give feedback directly to the instructors during the training.
